Rating = Nil after long absence

I have had a long vacation (almost two years) from FAF but I'm happy to be back again

There seem to be a problem with my profile as my rating seems to be "dark_greyed_out" when I'm in a game lobby. When im an observer it reports my rating as Nil (Rating=Nil). Some people won't let me join their games because of this. Is there anything I can do? (BTW, my game count seems to be "active" (white), with my old number of played games (around 240)

Anyone experiencing this?

The ratings are now rounded to the nearest hundred, and updated every weekend.

As far as I know, there shouldn't be anything putting your rating completely back to 0 though, what was your rating when you left?

Rating = nil when you joined as an observer has always been like this. If you went into a game spot, then back to obs, it fixes.

I just joined a game, and now there is nothing in my "rating rektangle", while my "Games rektangle" shows 242 in white. Earlier I could see my rating in black numbers while my games was in white as it is now. If I have a rating it seems to be in grey numbers on the same grey background.

Should this be posted in tech support?

Also: When I mouse over a game I have joined there is no rating behind my name, while there are on other players. I have also seen this phenomenon in regards to other players as well so it is not unique

I think inactive players were purged (not removed completely though) from the database a while back by the admin, since the database got too big. That might have reset ratings.

It seems that after reviewing the matter, my rating is not nil, but changes all the time.

The thing is that it is "grey" and doesn't seems to register when balancing games. When you mouse over a game in the "find games" tab my name does not have any rating in the parantheses, while in the game lobby I do (only it is grey, while the others are white)
