Missing faf bin folder

I have a small problem related to this. I want to activate some mods, specifically hotbuild and GAZ_UI. After downloading them from the vault, the instructions say that you have to go to the Programs/FAforever/bin/ folder and start the forgedalliance.exe. Unfortunately, this does not work for Windows 8!! There is no bin folder! When I search for forgedalliance.exe it only brings up the faf lobby. Consequently, I cannot active these mods for use in faf. Any help would be appreciated.

GAZ_UI and Hotbuild have been included in a recent patch, no extra mods needed for that.

The FAForever folder is in C:\ProgramData, not Programs. Programdata is a hidden folder, you need to enable "Show hidden files" in the folder options to see it.
