This weekend in Galactic War saw a major campaign conducted by the Aeon Illuminate. In the face of which, the UEF suffered some significant losses in our northern sector of the galaxy. Bolstered by the Aeon success Cybran forces also joined the fight. UEF was engaged in heavy battle against multiple adversaries.
The reasons for these losses are simple. We are outnumbered and outmatched. We simply do not have players of the calibre required to go up against 1700 to 2000 ranked opponents. Galactic War teams do not enforce balance - so the fate of any faction is highly dependant on those who choose to sign up.
Despite being outmatched, suffering crushing defeats and lost territories. The UEF has made Aeon and Cybran pay dearly for every inch of territory. They have lost ACU pilots, reinforcements and auto-recall beacons. Though small in number, and outmatched in ranking. The UEF defenders are a highly coordinated and elite group of combat veterans. But we need your help. We need more men.
I implore those who are highly valued for their skill within this community. It is true that the UEF may have got the rough end of the pineapple - as far as balance is concerned. It is easy to gain victory when the odds are in your favour. But such a triumph is ultimately hollow and meaningless. It is a victory without honour. So I encourage those professional players, in the FAF community, not to take the easy path. I encourage you to prove your mettle and join the UEF.

Your defenders will die where they stand. Your cities will crumble, and your worlds will burn. You will die by the billions, and we will reclaim your ashes to continue our assault. When the Aeon is finished, you will exist only as memories in our minds. The UEF will not survive.
