What do you think is the best navy?

the last few days I was wondering about which navy would be the best, I came to my own agreement about UEF/Seraphim naval being the best. I do like Cybran but at t3 stage they don't stand a chance anymore. What do you think is the best navy and why?

Seraphim has the best navy at the moment. The destroyers are hitting their target 100 from 100 times and they can go under warter. Furthermore the t3 subs are very effektiv. So i would always prefer sera.
Normaly UEF has the strongest destroyers (+ shield boats) but you can outmicro them.

depends a lot on map and what you want to do with it - early salem is very hard to counter
and after that you can still use stealth

seraphim is arguably best in just winning navy fights with sufficient space giving that they have the best destroyer and a very good cruiser aswell as t3 subs and battleship nukes
but after winning navy they have somewhat weaker tools to inflict navy to land damage than cybran or uef.
uef is great at lategame but it will usually lose to seraphim.
aeon has the best destroyer (on paper) but is in a defensive position with its navy (excluding hovertanks)
their frigate is more expensive and lacks aa their destroyer misses a lot and overkills a lot their cruiser is the weakest and unable to defend itself against gunships in the early game and their battleship has the lowest range - on maps like water of isis their navy is arguably the best if you also mix in shields and flak - giving that aeon has best hover and best air they are usually fine on most navy maps anyways

well to finish the circle: Cybran T2 Navy can also be horribly anoying, and it's actually the navy i hate most when playing against in 1v1. (mainly because of the stealth)

On t1, cybran frigates are the best, but closely matched with seraphim. However, seraphim submarines are weaker than the others. So on t1 cybran is the strongest.

On t2, seraphim destroyers are extremely strong with micro & they can become strong submarines when facing frigates (so they are the only destroyer that can beat frigates). Seraphim cruisers are also extremely strong. This time cybran is second, with its great destroyers and cruisers that can participate in navy battle, and stealth. There is one weird thing on t2 though: aeon can beat seraphim with t2 submarines. Seraphim destroyers are weak torpedo wise, and t2 submarines can beat them mass for mass. However torpedo launchers/bombers will make your life difficult.

On t3, it's a match between seraphim and uef. UEF has the battlecruiser, great battleships with big AOE and range. However, seraphim has the t3 submarine which is pretty much only counterable with torpedo bombers, and even that is hard because of the massive AA on them (and once t3 mobile shields come in that becomes impossible). Seraphim also has quite good battleships. They aren't the best for fighting, but you do get a free nuke launcher on them.

Aeon has the option of going t3 torp bomber "navy", which is also quite strong. For t2 torp bombers in deep water aeon torp bombers are the best because they ignore antitorpedo, but in shallow water they don't drop well. UEF and cybran have good all round torpedo bombers. Sera torpedo bomber sucks because it often fails to do any damage. I have no idea why though, according to the DB they have the same stats as UEF. Generally your best bet is a ton of frigates + destroyers (if you are on t2) or + battleships (if you are on t3) or t3 submarines if you are seraphim.

Cybran navy is very susceptible to air because they have no AOE navy AA and no shields. You better get a big advantage by the t2 stage, or you'll probably lose.

Then you also have the t1 hover land: aurora and zthueey and t2 hover land for all factions except cybran, and t4 navy for uef and aeon, but generally these are not that great for navy fights.

So ultimately, in a normal game, if there is an masseven naval fight, then it doesn't matter too much what navy you pick. Vee stated the weaknesses and strengths of the nvays very well.

I'd like to add that Aeon is indeed strong with T2 hoverschields, but i often happens to be a difficult tactic because you have to upgrade t2 land AND t2 navy.

I like Aeon navy in general. Their cruisers suck though, and their short range TMD only covers the ship itself.

I love the double cover on land attack abilities. Both the cruiser and the destroyer can attack a moving army, something hovering, or some t1 frigates. The other factions only have the destroyer for that, the cruiser is either short range or indirect combat. It allows the Cybrans to pick either ship, depending on whether they need AA cover or something against submarines.

The aeon cruiser also has a ground weapon, but very weak. The aeon cruiser does have ridiculous anti air. In general cybran can't go for cruisers vs navy, even if there are no submarines. The cruisers have lower ground DPS and MUCH lower HP. The other way around is also the case: cybran destroyers (and frigates) have some halway decent, but not nearly as good as the cruiser so vs pure air it won't work and you need cruisers.

I think, The navy of Pakistan is the best Navy in the world.
