Using Patch 3628 Offline

Hello everybody,

i've recently discovered Supreme Commander and Forged Alliance Forever and want to thank everybody so much for developing and supporting this awesome project!
The game is awesome and exactly what i was looking for, the new patch improves the game significantly and it feels so good to know, that the game will be active for a long time to come!

Sadly, my game does not use the new patch in Single Player/Offline mode...

So, my question is: Is this the standard, and if yes, how can the patch be used offline as well?

I don't know if it's different with different versions of Windows, But for Windows 7:

Look in

" C:\ProgramData\FAForever\bin "

And you will find the ForgedAlliance.exe that you can play single-player skirmishes with. I don't know how it'll affect LAN games, though..

Friendly FYI:
I know there other topics just like this one you started and we are asked to use the search function to find similar/exact topics to answer whatever questions we have.
BUT I personally think the search function is a nasty troll and never gives me what I need to find whenever I search for anything... So no biggy!
