I downloaded FA Forever Lobby and nothing went wrong with the install but when i go to launch the lobby i get an error message that says: The item referred to by this shortcut cannot be accessed. You may not have the appropriate permissions. I dont know where to go from here any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Forged Alliance Forever and right click on FAForever.exe and hit properties

under the security tab make sure users "Users" have permission to read/execute the file.
