Another reclaim trick ?

I was conducting some testing regarding the reclaim on Setons and I found something that puzzles me to say the least.

4 situations :

#1 ) checkin reclaim value of all trees on back spot -> 6000/60000

#2 & #3 ) tnuoccacs builds from 2 real games : overall reclaim -> 12000/72000 (reclaim of 14 t1pgens and 3 t2 pgens -> 1080*3 + 67 * 14 with are roughly worth 4000 in mass) ==> roughly 8000 in mass from the trees

#4 ) I duplicate the same build, I get roughly 10k mass / 60000 power. That's logical since its 6000 + 4000 reclaimed from the buildings, and the reclaimed power doesn't change


Now I don't understand how in the scenario 2 and 3 there's a discrepancy of 25% bonus (8000 / 6000). Would that be a new reclaim trick ?
Just to make things VERY clear. I am not implying cheating AT ALL, simply that there might be a better technique yet to be known to every people. Oh and I did manual reclaim as well, but in any case, that DOESN'T change the overall reclaim value, just the speed.

He steals a nice chunk of rocks forest but still not enough for that difference in reclaim.

yes i did. badly. but that's ok, at least its against probably the best air currently .
