The problem is that you receive only two steam keys for all the games. So one key includes 4 Games.
Let's say i will activate the key and install only 3 games from it. Can i give the key to someone else then for the last game?

I don't think that this will work.

No when activating a game(s) on steam the key cannot be used anymore.

Let's talk about the other games. I know that Spell Force 2 and Pain Killer are nice games, but i never heard anything about The Guild 2 or Neighbours from Hell. Anyone knows if it's worth to play them?

Guild 2 is great with friends, but i only played it with the addons. No idea how good it is without.
