Hi I've been banned the second time trying to play due to "no smurfing". The only reason why this could be is that I created the account while at a LAN party with my friends and picked up that IP as my default IP. May I please get an unban? Account name is markstetser. Thanks!

It tells me to use my main account (Paingasm) which is my friend's account. He's never logged on using my computer; I was simply guessing that the cause had to be IP related.

I understand that this is a competitive ladder system. However the only reason my friends and I installed it was for the access to 5v5 (and to a lesser extent, 6v6) maps. I don't care what my "rank" is, as I'm not interested in it. All I know is that I tried to play with my friends last night and was not able to play the game I paid for. We even tried to start up a normal Steam matchmaking game, but it was so buggy it was unplayable.

I realize my initial post was short, and therefore you may have had little reason to believe me, but I was trying my best not to be disrespectful despite my boiling anger due to not being able to play with my friends.

I'm not sure if the ban was a result of a bug or simply an overaggressive trigger designed to eliminate smurfing. In either case, I find it not worthwhile to continue trying to use this software. I would suggest for a future release to include the option of creating non-ranked accounts so as to not discourage casual players in the same fashion I have been discouraged.

Please don't take my words as incendiary; the one time I was able to use the software, I found it quite neat! Keep up the good work (if indeed this is still under active development); I hope to perhaps give it another try at a future juncture.
