No.

The server adapt your rating to your level, whatever your number of game is.

Is it harder for a high game count player to alter their rating compared to a low game count player? I was thinking the more games you play the narrower your rating distribution graph becomes.

Example:

Player A (rating 1500, games 100) wins a game against a 1600 rated player, Player A new rating 1520
Player B (rating 1500, games 1500) wins a game against a 1600 rated player, Player B new rating 15xx?

What is 15xx likely to be?

If I understand TrueSkill correctly, you are only characterized by two numbers: Mean and deviation.

So in your case if both players have same mean and deviation, if they would play against the same player, the number of their past games would not matter.
The probabilities from the game are used to calculate your new mean and deviation.

ZeP, pls correct me if I'm wrong.

Indeed. Numbers of games doesn't matter.

False. It's significantly harder to change your rank with more games. (Well, not technically, but with more games, your deviation tends to be smaller and that is the real reason it's harder to change.)

Still, I wouldn't recommend a reset because, like the other said, it will still adapt to the correct score eventually. It'll just take a little bit longer.
