Support factories cannot assist HQ buildings

Assume you have:

- a T2 HQ and a T2 non-HQ and get the non-HQ to assist the HQ (left click non-HQ right click HQ)
- then queue units from the HQ fac

The non-HQ fac does not assist the HQ fac!

Is this fixable?

There is no engy mod anymore.
