Sera T2 bombers Hardly ever drop first pass

Title says it all. Its very rare that Sera T2 fighter bombers will drop their bomb on the first pass, even with ground fire its still a gamble.
Pls fix. Its getting annoying not being able to make FB's for snipes or target bombing runs because they die after they fly over target while not dropping bombs.
And god help me if people turn this into a balance discussion. Its a bug, It needs to be fixed. Nuff said.

It's balanced so you have to spend triple the mass to get the snipe. Being able to snipe with 1/3 the units would be op.
