Check if your distro has packages for it. If it doesn't, virtualenv is your only alternative.

yeah but on that machine virtualenv deosn't work E.G. the requirements install fails (even after I removed CXFreeze) it fails on getting QT5 if I remove that requirement it runs but then FAF fails saying that QTWebEngineWidgets is the missing package.

I don't remeber how I did it but I din't run into this issue.

QtWebEngineWidgets is the first package that's imported from PyQt, so if PyQt is missing it will obviously fail there. The client will just not run without PyQt5. Are you sure you created your virtualenv for Python 3 rather than Python 2?

indeed, don't forget to use

Maybe you have the qtwebenginewidgets, but the python is too old? I had to get 3.6 for this, for example.

on ubuntu 17.10 the python version issued with the distro is 3.6.3.

and no i idn't forget to run virtulenv for python3

Well the only solution i can think of is some non-official repositories then, maybe some contain the version of PyQt you need.

So problem with QT only in debian/ubuntu? Their maintainers don't fix it almost year.

It's an issue if you want to use the packages from the distro, but it works absolutely fine with virtualenv/pip (I'm not a fan, but it's done in 5min).

i know it (because i show virtualenv way(read a topic))

main problem is that maintainers of this distros do not doing their job
