Deciever can repair

Did you guys know the Deciever, Cybran mobile stealth, can repair units that it guards? It's very slow, 1 hp per sec. I wonder if this currently useless feature should be improved by giving better repair capabilities.

It's not a bug, someone purposefully added this feature at some point (several parameters were added). I don't know when nor why though.

It was to fix the bugged stealth ring, not to actually make them able to repair

it's a bug, i would have never expected that the engine adds buildpower to a unit only because you add the overlay, nvm, need to find another ring for stealth then

what ring do you suggest? or is there a way to make a totally new one? i asked this when i first changed this but back then i got no answer

Ok, thanks I get what the intent was. However, the stealth ring was removed altogether without being replaced (as was the intention with the repair range, most probably). Besides, the range of the stealth field was changed to 20, and that is enough to make the ring accurate. Indeed, certain stealth radius values work properly, and some others don't. The previous one (18) didn't work well, but the current one (20) works fine, so no need to add repair ability. It's the same for the cybran static stealth field. 30 will display a wrong ring, but 32 will display a proper ring. This will be added as bug fix.

Monkeylord, Mermaid and t3 sonar stealth ring work well. For t3 sonar, it's special though, because there are 2 stealth fields : sonar (90) and radar (45). The radar stealth ring is not displayed because only the furthest range is displayed. I will try to add a new ring, not sure it will be easy (though to be honest, it would be easier and more user friendly to have a smaller but common radius, like 60 or 70 for both sonar and radar).

the stealth rings dont work, undepending of their size they are about 10% too big which is very anoying because you always have to keep that in mind when using these kinds of units

Use a fake weapon on the unit, give it 0DPS and no visuals, and you're good.
