Misreported score

I was playing a game against Maddehn on Loki, i won, but when i looked at the score report it said it was a draw

Happens. It's only one game, it's happend like, twice to me in 300 or so games. Not an immediate issue IMO.

Happened to me and my team, too, it showed a lose instead of a win, though. I believe it happens if FAF crashes while you are playing (the game itself will continue). Did FAF disconnect/was disconnected after the game?

I had something similar happen, I had lost the game, but the other played disconnected immediately after my COM blew up and the defeat letters came up so I got the win. Not sure if it is caused by the same thing as you though.
