Zock Casts

Not trying to be critical, but what is the purpose of Zock's casts? Not much commentary, and all I've watched stay on only his point of view. I enjoy watching how he plays, and that is helpful, and instructive. Is that why they are on this site? They are not like the other casts where it's done more like a sporting event.


FYI - I'm not saying they are bad or don't belong. Just looking for some clarification and so that I'll know what to expect from them.

I think yes. It's good to see good players just play, and see what they actually do from their point of view including mouse. Often watching replays of the best guys it's hard to work out what they do some of the time because you can't tell where they're looking/what they're doing on the map unless you also happen to be looking there at the same time.

It would be nice to get some commentary from him, but he's busy playing, and not native english speaking as well I guess, so I'd prefer him to be focused on just playing well

I love Zock's casts. It's a chance to see one of the best players play throughout an entire game from his perspective.

Gameplay videos are very different and offer a different form of entertainment to casts.
