Nuke mod

Does anyone remember a mod in which the nukes cause more damage than the standard nuke?
I would also like to know if there is a mod where the nukes cause damage proportional to their number, because right now there's not much difference if you drop 1 or 100 nukes. There is actually a difference in the radius of the "glow", it is however not exactly proportional to the number of nukes(as much as i can remember).

one nuke does 70k damage two nukes do 140k damge......
