Hey,
Over the last days and today i saw a bug with the czar. if their Czar gets attacked, some people start to ground fire with it...the attacking planes are flying under the beam and die. I saw a match were a guy lost around 100 ASFs only because they flew after their attack under the Czar and into the beam. I´m sure this is not wanted.

This is the joys of having everything simulated in the game.

Theres many times you'd see a nuke missile hit a plan during its ascent or descent and take out the base beneath it. (Ok, not MANY times, but enough)

If it's deemed a balance issue, it's easy to fix : just make elevation of the Czar (current = 25) lower than the elevation of the ASF (20), for instance 18, and ASF will fly above the Czar / beam.

Probably not make any difference, though it may look a little strange having it fly lower to the ground, especially near mountains, where it might start to clip through the terrain, maybe.

the only bad thing would be the visual aspect.
I think the czar should fly high. i thought it would be super awesome if it would be double as high as now because then it would really be some kind of near orbital bombardement satellite.
or atleast make the asfs fly higher than czar (30) and dont lower it. high asfs are also cool

If ASF fly higher, they will become unhittable by anything but SAM.

After a quick test, it appears that reducing elevation to 18 is not enough, ASF will still fly inside the Czar and into the beam. Reducing elevation further will indeed make the Czar very vulnerable to flak, and it will also not look good.

So it's not easy to fix this issue after all

Umm... Can't we just not fly the ASFs under the CZAR? It seems like a little micro would fix this 'problem.'
