I won't go there again, but they just have the rights to sell FA, nothing more, nothing else.

Also the engine has already been improved by demigod and supcom 2 (yeps, both moho).

If they want to do some engine changes, they have to pay GPG, but they are owned by wargaming so...

But not the engine and the sourcecode for the game?

Would the raw code not be part of the purchased assets?


Best case scenario, we get code.
Next best scenario, the do a decent sequel.
Worst case scenario, we get a cease and desist.

Where does FAF sit in legal matters?
Should we be talking to Nordic and just opening up the lines of communication?

That way, if they are up for sharing anything, we'd be on good terms.
And if they do a sequel, maybe they will contact us die hard community for some consultation

Just the rights to put their name next to "publisher" in steam and get money from the sell, nothing more.
