What is happening with FAF net

First thing i was following a group of pros in live replay when first desync's started happening, then i tried to join an exercise with laPPen, only to have to get out due to massive lag, and then in the end we were playing 3v3 and we actually had to kick 3 of 6 players, and still game was desynching, i cant believe that is a coincidence, twice maybe but 3 times... anyone else encountered problems today? I can find only two explanations, net is overloaded or we are experiencing DdOS.
