Build Rate Icon Symbol?

Why isn't there one? It looks a bit awkward, would it be very difficult to mod that into the game?

reusing the build cost symbol like the wiki could work: http://supcom.wikia.com/wiki/Factory
FA is a game of economic micromanagement (what StarCraft players mistakenly call 'macro') and tactical trumping (e.g. T2 PD countering T1 Spam).
