Current Projects:
- Analyse numbers to work out if we should focus on Acquiring new Players or Retaining existing Players
- Campaign to acquire new players - including making custom video ads, paid ad campaigns, reddit, social
- Campaign to retain existing players - including promoting clan subcommunities, working out why players leave
- Newshub to promote projects, tournaments, ladder, casts, etc
- Organise and improve tutorial/wiki/learning content
- Website improvements such as SEO
We really need help with:
- front end website developer (develop newshub in html, javascript, css, seo)
- java client developer (embed newshub in java client with webview)
Other Desired skills:
- anyone with ideas, why do you think people drop out of FAF?
- statistician (find trends in player dropout data)
- anyone experienced with making advertising campaigns
- social media guy (understand how to publish and tag things meaningfully)
- copy writers (write 10 word micro articles about a topic)
- tutorial authors (write up tips, tutorials, can be text video etc)
- content submitters (find worthy casts, threads, images, etc for promotion)
- voice over artists
- video editors (make trailers, ads, tutorials, animated gifs)
- recorders (help video editors by recording base footage)
- graphics designers (make promotional materials like ad graphics, but also internal promotions like a map announcement)
- musicians (trailers, ads)
