How do I set "optimal balance" in options?

How do I set "optimal balance" in options?

When hosting, I'd like to know how to enable option to automatically sort players based on rating but can't find it anywhere. Do I have to install something?

It's in spawns, default is fixed I think. Next time ask a question like this in the aoelus IRC chat in the client, you will get an answer immediately. The forum is more for trolling and shilling .
