in the 1V1,you like attack or defend?

i watch some replies about 1V1,someone like defend and win the game only small risk,but attacking look likes more risk.

You likely won't win if you don't attack at all because you won't be able to defend all attacks of your opponent and the failed attacks usually don't leave more reclaim behind than what is destroyed in a good raid. But you need to know when to attack and where to attack. So intel is super important. Only attack when you have superior number. So you can secure the reclaim field or get a good enough trade that the reclaim left behind is mostly your opponents units because you got a very good trade. Happy laddering
