High resolution is definitely important. Without that it's hard to even see what is going on, and you can't convey the visual appeal of the game. When a new video is uploaded, for the first few minutes YouTube only makes it available in 360p. That is what happened here--I can watch it now in 1080p.
Here is the same game, casted by Gyle.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yh8w_ZE8Tq4 You should compare your cast to his.
The most important part of this particular game is the comm drop, and you completely missed that.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yh8w_ZE8Tq4&t=18m30s There's the flight itself (which is dangerous because if the transport is shot down, the ACU dies instantly), the landing (where the ACU starts making point defense and doing damage to the other base), and after that there can be a counter-attack, where the defending player tries to kill the isolated ACU. There is a lot of drama in comm drops directly into the enemy's base. And that did not come through in your cast.
You do a good job around minute 26 of explaining the situation (that the ACU is isolated, but it has point defense, the economic situation, that Rosh3000 is ahead of Lockmad). I would like to see more of that throughout the game. It is good when a caster explains who is winning, or if the game is pretty even, what advantages each player has over the other. It is good when there is not just a description of the action that is happening on the screen, but also saying why it is important and what is at stake.
