down rating after winning

i noticed i go down rating after winning i looked around found that new feature that shows numbers on replay and there is some serious bug , its common
look at this replays at rating change section ...

easy to find , 2 are mine and i found 3rd in like 1 min ... i dont think it works as it should or there is some troll reward code now or what ?

100% its not downlord thing problem and it shows correct values cos as i said at start i did wonder why i go down after win game and start search

There is at least one known bug causing this

In the long run, the bug is probably fixable and eventually they might fix it. I don't know whether they consider it a priority. I don't really care (the ratings system is pretty good as-is)

The devs will NOT add or subtract rating points to try to "fix" any one bad rating change

i think its more common that it was before or i was just lucky until now , still twice in row for my games today and then i think i clicked on 3rd map for all players and found it again

Your rating going down after a win is something that's completely expected (read up on trueskill) and normal.
It happening that often is a bit unlikeky though. There are sometimes provlems reporting the score of a game, that is known. You should take a look if you won the game and what your deviation and mean before and after were.

Displayed rating = mean - 3*deviation
Your mean is the performance you're expected to play at, the deviation is the average deviation from that. The displayed rating is called the 3 sigma percentile and represents the skill at which you are expected to play with a 99,7% probability. So if you win a game you are not expected to win the systrm's uncertainty will go up (mean goes up as well) invreasing deviation which has a factor of 3 therefore dropping your displayed 3 sigma percentile. You wimm win that back in the long run if you play consistently.

I lost a lot of points, like 40+, after winning 20% game quality games (i think twice or more) in gcw (my team being the one highly expected to win)... so probably we are talking about a bug rather than expected behavior.

This problem exists since the advent of FAF. But there is another side - sometimes I get pts for losing, however, this happens less often.

I found this very random. I get lost and grab point no matter what happened in game. In one 1v1 i lost like 40 points when I won. The balance was around 50%.

In this game half of the team get and half lost points, same in enemy team , you even should guess which side actually won.
