Would love some replays of T2 Arty dominating in competitive

After the recent patching nerfing T2 Arty, I'd love to see some examples of it being overpowered in replays or casted videos. Thank you in advance.

You won't find such replays, because nobody uses it in competitive except for rare meme occasions. Balancing in faf is not a matter of data or logic, but rather a matter of a few individuals changing the game according to their taste.

Unfortunately that's my fear. Still, that's quite an indictment. I'd like someone on the balance team to defend their decision with data that the T2 arty nerf needed to happen.

It wasn't really overpowered, I think the decision was because it makes no sense for an artillery to be able to fire point-blank like a point defense.

On certain maps t2 arty is for sure op. Any map where a single choke can be defended using it just owns. It only gets more useful as the game progresses and units that try and attack it increase in both number and value. Makes anyone attacking into it think twice. This led to experimentals that were running into it getting completely arse fucked by arties 5 m away. This also led to acus not being able to properly attack a position. The rework didn't actually nerf it in any sizable way arty is still as useful as it was before since its massive range is the biggest positive about it but it just made it so assaulting it with exps, acus ect wasnt so damaging since they should be the natural counter to t2 arty anyway.

If you look in any 1500+ hilly games you would likely find t2 arty being used. Or any wonder games , i think it was mainly being used like a year ago when the playerbase for high level team games was still present.

Well my acu got cucked by 3 t2 arties because they hit every shot doing like 2k damage each shot at close range.. also i've seen a bank of t2 arties crush a GC because again they hit everything at close range
