Nvidia overlay

Hello All,

Just a head's up on something recently changed after my latest NVIDIA driver update. I play skirmish often and sometimes use the cheat function to set up battles. Problem was that when I'd hit the alt& F2 to open it I'd get the following error in my upper right hand game corner "A supported game is required to use this function"
I about lost my mind..I like using it and I know my game is supported. In any event it's on Steam so I did the requisite validation of files[no change] then I uninstalled and re-installed the game[no change] so I went thru trying to recall any recent outside changes and remembered my recent NVIDIA driver update. They never made any difference before but this last one somehow did on it's own overlay function which I disabled and got my cheats back.
Happy ending for me but in case anyone else finds themselves in the same boat I was in should find this solution hopefully BEFORE they go thru all the other jazz I went thru to fix it.

I play FAF from ubuntu linux and on ubuntu (and most other linuxes) Alt+F2 is bound at a system level to something else.

I have to either unbind it in the hotkeys menu, or in FA, open up the keybindings window and set the cheat menu keybind to something else.

Nvidia overlay loves th Alt key. For example, Alt+Z opens the overlay menu, and Alt+ numpad keys is how i save recordings. Just gotta mess around with it.
