Can you give an example of what the lag you are talking about looks like? The only time I see games go below +0 is Setons past 25 minutes, and with some players that have infamously bad CPUs (farms, death squad, wtfboom, etc).

Everyone with CPU < 200. Then there is "yaboi42069"... 2-3 simspeeds below everyone else. So when everyone else was -1 at the end... he was -3. But that also means it was -2 way too early because of him while everyone else was +0. Then complete silence when you ask them about it.

We just need a way to eject these people. For all I care their stuff is transferred to a teammate

Well the thing is, you can just not let people play that you are unsure of, and keep a list of people that you know slow the game down.
