You can do this with a sim mod. That means everyone in the game needs this mod. (and can use it)

Ui (user interface) mods are only to display things.
Any attempt to do movements etc with a UI mod is considered as cheating.
(And we will change the game code to prevent cheating if necessary)

SO what is allowed and what is not if this mod is "legal" ?
Where are the rules that specify what an UI mod can and cannot do ?

It is, the latest ruling just said that you are free to use this kind of mods no matter how big the advantage over other players.

I think adjustable target priority makes the game *more* complex and not less... it expands the overall pool of possible actions, while also removing depth (removing the choice of whether u want to move or focus fire). Ie. it makes the game harder to learn and easier to master, that sounds like a lose-lose to me.

Agree with that.

Im asking again : Is there any written down ruleset available ? or are decisions just made on the current "mood" of the representatives?

i recommend asking the devs/moderation team whether or not a new ui mod that does automated stuff is ok to use

if we draw a hard line ppl will just get angry about it one way or the other so not doing anything until something questionable is getting used is the easiest way for us to deal with this situation

could be a nice task for the player councilor to come up with a rule for this situation and then talk about it with the mod councilor and the game councilor/other devs who can give insight on it on a technical level
