you need to create the folder 2lua.nx2 and the following like written in the instruction.

well mayby you got me wrong . i dont or ever did have any problem installing it , i got problem using it , i sometimes join games where thare are rules for ban or rating set and i dont see how setup this or how share teams ranking on chat or many other things i guess , readme with that newest file only includes new commands that were added but i need old ones too
