Where can I view the code of custom maps?

I've been trying to make my own custom mission with FA by following the instructions on the faf wiki but I would like to see an example of a completed mission for comparison. Since it doesn't appear the custom missions actually download when you play them on faf, where can I find their code?

the scripts are in the map files and the map files are being downloaded by the client and stored in the map folder

if you need an example then host the prothyon mission on faf and then open the maps folder -> faf_coop_prothyon_xxx
all the files you need are there

They are downloaded into the map folder as Philip showed.
