Small suggestion: any and all info that looks up data (eg player stats, replays, etc) should be moved to the website rather the client. I would much rather have the client be as memory-consuming-less as possible and use the website to download replays.

I am not sure if that is possible, but it seems the "infinite loops" bugs and etc or stuff not working in the replay vault code are always fault and deter from the use of the program.

None of the java developers here are web developers and the last official maintainer of the website has vanished a year ago.
We would really like to add stuff like this to the website, but there is nobody with the skills, the time and the longterm investment to do it.

Also it's not a small change, it's a bigger deal.

This is possible website wise, but you'd have to describe what you want exactly and maybe make fake screenshots / mockups of what you want to be done so that the coding process can take the least possible time. That is something I can look into if I have a bit of time. I'm not a professional webdesigner but the website layout isn't too hard so it's okay.

Okay, I actually can jive with that, Louvegarde. Sad to hear we have no web developer, though : (

When using Downlord's client, I kept getting a freeze or crash when right-clicking a player and "viewing info" or whatever it is. I have since stopped using it as it's kind of counterproductive to only be able to join games. Hard to tell, but I think the interface with the databases were the culprit to this? Maybe it's just the code of the client rather, so not sure if a 'website has the database' is the real solution.

For fun, I will mock something up, and see if it is plausible.

Hi, is there any way to download a new theme for the client or create your own?. My fucked up eyes prefer dark text on a light background as it reduces ghosting.

Thanks.

Just found out that an old bug where you close the client but the process doesn't shut down and prevents from restarting client is still present. Very annoying if you need to refaf fast or when you never shut down your pc as you need to always use task manager

what I'd like to bring to the table is non-UI related (I feel people in this thread already did a good job of covering the UI) this tool is not just a bunch of UI it's first and foremost a FA multiplayer game hosting tool,

and my worry is that linux is being left out, the python client worked naively in linux pretty gosh darn well, the Java client on the other hand does not yet have feature parity on that front.

amongst the noted bugs are :
- A java stack trace failure searching the replay vault
- A FA args error on hosting 1v1
- failure to join half of the hosted games (java stacktrace)

Can confirm that java client has some issues on linux, locked me out of replay server testing twice :( Some of this stuff is reported on github, though.
