patches explanation ?

could someone explain the patches for fa to me, like do i need to get any from anywhere and is there one that will help it run better on my i7 rather than it just using 1 core at 100%

this programm is called "coremaximazer" it causes FA to use all of your CPU-Cores

i think it's selfexplaining

FA patches will be applied automatically (just host a game or join one to force FA updates). If there's an update on the FAF client available, it will be applied immediately when you start FAF.
