Most people that play actually like small map pool. When I first started playing 1v1 it was fun to play the same map twice in a row because I wanted another shot at it.

I think the best is a 5 to maybe up to 10 map pool with a 2 week rotation. The problem with the 5 map pool was that sometimes a really bad or ugly would be put in pool. I would rather have quality over quantity and if the person has to choose 30 maps I know they will put some bad ones in there.

5 - 5x5
4 - 10x10
1 - 20x20

That is how I would structure the pool. My biggest problem with ftx attitude aside is that he doesn't play 1v1 and will put eridnanni in the map pool just for 'memes' because farms made it even though it is one of the worst maps ever created. Does player councillor actually choose the maps, actually makes the role quite powerful?

What voting?

Council is likely to just make it you since they don't actually want to deal with Biass or Commando who would actually voice community opinion.

They need a puppet like Tokyto who won't ask them to do stuff.

Dude, please, I like you, so don't fall into the trap of feeding me their overly-complicated system designed to sway votes, followed by some bs factor they include so it's really the council that chooses.

We all know they extended application time because they didn't want biass nor Commando.
