Template Keybinding not working

I setup the template, create it with Shift-T and I can select it. I right click, choose Change Keybinding and click G. Then when I have the engineer selected, I click G and nothing happens. I still have to go through the menu to the template and select it via mouse. I also tried using multiple different keys for binding, to no avail.

Am I doing something wrong? If someone could point me in the right direction I would be much appreciated.

The binding won't work if you are using hotbuild I think. There is a specific key for cycling through your templates. It may work if you use build mode but as I don't use it I can't confirm.

Oh man you’re right’sh! I had to be in build mode and then the template window also needs to be pulled up. Thanks man!
