Should this be allowed?

Do you guys think people should be allowed to report games they are not a part of? let's say everyone enjoys each others presence and don't mind that they use harsher language and not being so #PC on everything that is said. Everyone in the game are friends and don't want to see each other banned.

Right, but then there are certain people in the community have nothing better and hold a grudge so they go watch said replays in hopes they find something bad so they can report it to mods. If no one in the game has a problem with each other, do you guys think this third party should have any say about how the game is conducted?

I see people flame each other all the time and call me a 'stupid noob that wastes my time' and etc. But I never report anyone unless they intentionally game ruin or team kill.

What do you guys think, should people who are not part of the game but have too much time on their hands be allowed to report as a 3rd party to the game??

Anything that breaks the rules can be reported
