Just need feedback

So I have an excerpt from my 6min trailer/review video.
There are bits similar to this throughout the video. Just needing some feedback on the quality. It's tough to get an idea, so I included like 2 seconds on the ends without spoiling it too hard. Anyway, just go watch it.

Thanks for your work.
It is unclear to me what that video is supposed to demonstrate. The music turns from chilly to dramatic, mic is overdriven at sec 2, black bars top and bottom, red rectangle upper left corner, fast cuts without establishing any narrative, commentary seems very random.
Sound drop at 11 s is nice and the epic music fits an overall FAF trailer.
Other than that it looks like a bunch of randomly thrownd together clips from a standard game - a bad standard game (that amount of t3 gunships rarely get built without any counter asf/more t3 aa/flak).

Hope it's not too negative! Again, thanks for your work. Maybe if you clarified a little more in a sentence what you try here I could give more constructive feedback (dont wanna read through an entire thread for that).

Thanks for the feedback Blackester! No it's not negative feed back. It's great feedback. My target audience is for players who aren't aware of the game, have left, or are immersed by other RTS (essentially people who don't know about the game).

I uploaded more of a quality check. I use headphones, so I experience things differently than others. Just trying to get a feel for the overall sentiment. That red bar at the top left wont seem to go away for some reason...idk why.

The game is actually in sandbox. Basically, flashy, unrealistic type of scenario. But it's just a fast cinematic showcase of the game. The video has actual gameplay throughout. But, I didn't want to show that just yet.

As for you being confused, that's okay. You're suppose to be . I left out the meat of the video as to not ruin things when I finish it.

saturated audio. nothing is clear not what's going on not what's being said not the audio.

also get a mic.

I mean a real, standalone, cardioid mic.

and whatever equipment needs to accompany it in order to make it work. (stand/arm/filter/amp)

you can't do youtube without one.

you can fix the red bar by switching to ffmpeg. everybody's done it. it's easy now OBS handles all the settings. Use OBS

Yeah audio is bad really bad, not like I can't understand it, it just doesn't mix well with the VO and what's happening on the screen. Also Would use few bombers instead of gunships. Just use ground fire option and make carpet bombing sequence on the Exp, not only will it look better but will be also kinda closer to the game as I'm more than sure that you will rather make 2-3 strats rather than 30 gunships during the game.

As for mic, before buying a cardioid one make sure you have proper space to use it. I mean I can pick up sounds from all over the house with mine If I just run it on 100% without properly getting ready So make sure you can use it or look for dynamic one. Also make sure you pick USB one unless you are going to do some more serious things with it as xlr ones will need phantom power making you pay at least 50$ more for cheapest Icicle from Blue. Pop filter is also a must for cardioid one as it pick's up plosives like mad.
