Hotkey/Hotkeylabel changes

Hello everyone!
Last time i made some changes to hotkeys not everything was received as well as i thought it would.
Therefor i'll just ask for feedback before i change more stuff that people might not like.
1: Colors
The hotkey labels have different colors depending on the what modifier key you use.
white = no modifier, red, yellow and orange for CTRL +ALT, CTRL or ALT respectively.

I find the current colors to be kinda terrible especially since the yellow is hard to distinguish from the orange - at least for me.

In the 2nd screenshot the colors are changed to blue for CTRL + ALT, red for ALT and green for CTRL.

Thanks to biass for helping me with choosing colors cause i'm too stupid to do it myself.

2: selecting all naval units:
Currently the select all naval units does select T3 sonar with your navy since it's technically a naval unit. I find that sonar shouldn't be moving around too much especially together with your naval fleet it shouldn't be selected by that hotkey.

I prefer the old colors, but it really seems like red should be CTRL and orange CTRL + ALT since orange is between red and yellow.

It should be really easy to change these colors with an UI mod... that's probably a less controversial and better way to do it. Just overwrite this table here with your own colors: https://github.com/FAForever/fa/blob/de ... ls.lua#L32

For cybran you would need to select the t3 sonar for stealth.

This way the colours have at least a lil relevance
Alt has red, because its most common in-game association is with attack related functions, aka attack move
Ctrl, made green to associate with ctrl-shift, showing the green mass labels
blue, didn't really have an association that i can remember but blue is the most distinguishable from the other two colours

would have to see the keys on colours that are not just yellow but the main focus was legibility at least when i was asked so i think phillip mod solves it a lil
