Is it possible to disable mouse zoom on one split screen?

Howdy fellers,

I want to set up dual monitors in split screen mode so that I can have the one screen zoomed out permanently. However, I know already that I will be buggering it up with the mouse the moment I get distracted. Is it possible to configure a particular split to ignore mouse wheel events?

you can make a UI mod that does that, yes.
