Air Staging

I've almost never seen anyone build air staging. For such a small investment you can get aircraft up to full health. It's nice to have at any time, but especially with the t3 gunships (yes all 3 of them) and other high health units.

Does anyone know why they are never seen?

They are... clunky. Healing is fast, but the planes get confused and spend ages trying to land, or there are too many planes etc. It just isn't very smooth.

just build more, they are amazing with patrol.
also they are not amazing if you constantly select all air so planes never get a chance to refuel

I never build it because it takes ages to refuel and repair anything. Carriers on the other hand work great and pretty much always as an air player on setons I will ask one of my sea guys to give me a carrier.
