shooting dead engi bug

on sea.. if an engi dies ship still shoot at the "sinking" engi..
dont know if someone posted this before

Engineers from all factions or just ones with hover?
If the latter is it also for hover tanks?

np... i just did with sera destroyer and some aoen engis/auroas, just because it is easier seen that the beam tries to kill the dead engi/auroa.
interesting is at start it works.. but after some kills it doesnt.

maybe u can fix it.

ah, btw this bug is with every faction not just sera...

simply remove the reclaim from water. because this is the reason for this effekt. and i have to tell you reclaim on water sucks, even with half mass only for the reclaim every fucking ship still gives 1k mass. especially the fields of air fights with lots of asf wreckage provide hell lot of mass. water should be a black hole for mass to stop this insane overspam after winning 1 seabattle. there is no chance to recover once you lost 1 battle you gave huge advantage to the enemy.

That was the opposite before : Impossible to recover if you managed to defend against a navy (or an arty spam).

I think there is a perfect line in-between these two, and we will get there if we (read : you) test the balance mod more.

i think reclaiming of in water killed units is a good thing. why not? because it is more important due more mass of ship wrecks?
it is the same with land battles and land battlefields - if u lose the battlefield, u lose the game. why should it be different to sea battles?
i dont understand the discussion of it.

The problem i see is: the way it is now it punishes aggresive navy play.
U are already are behind in eco if u go for early navy fight,
usually u fight close to the enemy production so its very risky.
if u lose this fight enemy has all the reclaim - gg.
Combined wizh the faster t3 navy we have since faf
navy warfare became a turtlefest.
