Be careful with this one. Yes, it wins against everything that comes before it. But it also loses against things that come after it and after this the Aeon have sniper bots, artillery and the GC. None of them are particularly happy to take on the UEF late T3 or even the Cybran late T3. Nerf the harbinger and they'll be even less happy about that.

No, I don't know the solution. :(

Yes! I suggest nerfing mercy hp to 8!

(If you're dying to mercies, it's not the unit that needs to change)

I dont die to Mercy more that I kill with Mercy

it need nerf( EQ nerf would be good), cybran has no def againt it, dont mention inties , 3 my mercy flew through cloud of inties and killed Cyb com easy peasy

No surprise here: Cybran & Aeon dominate with their loyal-harb-rush.

What about attention for Seraphim? Maybe make the t3 sniper bot cheaper and quicker so it can fend off percies, harbs, bricks? And if t3 units get closing in they have to go trough a barrage of Othuums?

And Emissary is OP as f*** compared to other t3 arty...

Most fragging irritating thing about being aggressive with cybran, your t1aa just blows confetti at incoming mercies.
I dont mind tha confetti part - mercies are fragile things. I mine the fact it takes foorreevveerrrr to get there. Buff their range. I hardly feel that their ground based-attack is going to suddenly shift to omgwtfbbq status from it.

Seraphim sniperbots are alrady obnoxious to deal with in team games. Them and shields + arty and kite around going trololollol.
Buff othuums.

Harbies?
Nerf their DPS + increase their ROF so they can still ruin lower tier units but aren't quite so obnoxious to deal with when you get your own t3?
I dunno.

- Make the chicken gatling gun have heat-seeking bullets so they won't waste as much of their dps.
- Increase the speed of the death ball of doom so that you don't have 10 seconds to dodge it. It will mostly be a buff versus percies and gc's since cybran already had a harder time to dodge the balls of doom.
- Increase chicken max HP to make it more durable.
- Give the player the option to control the movement of the plasma ball when the chicken dies (Not the targets though).

The gatling gun isn't nearly as much of a probem as the death ball of doom when it comes to wasted dps.
The firing issues vs a GC at point blank are also a problem.
If you compare the Ythotha to a GC in terms of HP and Mass cost then mobile T3shields will even it out kinda nice so a HP buff might not even be needed at all.
Being able to move the Ion Storm sounds very interesting.

I know, but it's better than nothing right? That's why i have multiple suggestions. Most of them won't fix the chicken but if you combine them they could do a lot more work. Of course most of the dps is wasted with the death ball but that's why i suggested to increase it's speed.

About the shields, doesn't the gc target the head of the chicken, so it's bypassing the shields?
