Can any1 link me to a replay or sumthing so i can nick all ur awsome templates would be much appreciated surprised this dosnt exist some where already

I have tryed to create thread like this before, but it did't work. I may share my templtes later.

If somebody does not understend wtf is going on: you can go to sandbox and build all of your templates, then give replay to friend and he can look from your view, select structures and save template for himself.

Idk i found this old note for structering my templates but it is outdated:
t3 area cover weapons air nuke def
t2 area cover weapons air sparky presets
t2 single weapons or mix + weapon upgrades dropbase + tmd
t1 pd mix
t1 area cover weapon base no radar + ACU BASE
t1 cover weapons radar
eco factory templates air land
eco mass templates mass fabs etc t3 t2 t1
eco energy templates t3 t2 t1
dropbase complete
capital base template parts pgen hydro + add storage and aa gun
fun templates

Those templates had use in former times like the t3 area cover stuff was for seton. After losing one seaside sending t3 engis out to built them arround and create a nice aa shield for starting t4 gameender in air player base. Most of the t1 stuff i used in 1v1 games. Most people play more efficient with 0-2 templates i thought -> storages and t1 pd :lol:

I don't know why we give players a blank player prefs file.

They should get:
- build templates set up
- hotkeys set up (hotbuild + more)
- unit templates set up

This TBH.


Given how universal some templates are (t1pd+wall, x4 mass storage), i dont see how this could be a bad thing.

not to mention all the options should be on by default (i mean right-click to cap mexes FFS)

and hotbuild should not lay dormant at least provide a default stock setup this way you at least know it's there.

Hotkey labels is stock but what use is that if you don't see the labels on building and unit menu so long as you haven't set up hotbuild
