Hi all,

during my first 80 games I had a lot of games with connectivity issues. During that I had to learn that a kick of another player has no way back and is final. It happened several times that two players kicked each other and after coming back from the connectivity issue, they realized that both had to leave to make the game go on.

But why is the kick happening right after the click? Why is there no voting system, to kick once all agree (except kicked player) or a majority agrees? I can't imagine that this has never been discussed ... . I consider this a worthy improvement if it could be changed!

In addition, id like to know if its possible to give players a way to reconnect to the game after the connection is lost. Sometimes, the internet connection of a player drops for a few seconds and there is just no way to get back to the game for such a stupid reason.

Just wanted to highlight that my post is not about the connection issues but about the kick system. I see that no connectivity issues make kicks to be no longer a thing, but as those blog posts show it does not seem that we are close to that point.

That is great idea, i've had alot of bad experience with players that don't know what eject button does and press it just to find out. or eject players that they don't like...
Thing is that there is never a reason to close connection between two players, cause that will cause game to stop, you only ever need to close connections between one player (usually one of two who has issues) and every other player, so game can continue to run.

Dude u can vote all u want if you don't find sb to code it it's unlikely this will happen.

I am aware of that, but without any feedback how important it is there is no chance.

Maybe it is not even possible, but nobody told something about that yet.
