Spam in aeolus

So as of late i'm getting autokicked from aeolus a lot because i'm apparently "spamming". I was kicked before the last 2 messages:

So i've got a couple of problems with it.

First of all: It gives me no warning whatsoever that i have been kicked for spamming. The only way to find out is when you realise noone is talking anymore and you check the server tab and find this message: [cannotsendtochan: irc.faforever.com->lIlIlIlIlIlIlIlI]#aeolus No external channel messages (#aeolus)
Which is really irritating in the first place, because you can miss entire conversations like this because it doesn't give you any message in aeolus itself.

Secondly: Is there a way to reconnect to aeolus without having to refaf. I was hosting a game and couldn't refaf because it would automatically terminate it. Furthermore i was unable to reconnect to aeolus with any command crashy could think of, which made me unable to get into aeolus until my game was finished (and went and refaffed).

Third: Why am i even being kicked for spamming in the first place. So i should slow down in typing because i'm talking too fast for aeolus to approve me? Atm i'm getting kicked like 2/3 times a day and it's driving me mad.

Is there any way to fix this or can someone atleast tell me what the criteria for "spamming" are? like x messages in x amount of time or something like that.

FYI: I'm 100% sure it's not because i keep disconnecting from aeolus. It always happens whenever i'm posting a lot of messages, while i ain't disconnecting from anything else. There's also been a mod who said to me he saw a message i was kicked from aeolus for spamming (without me even realising it) and when i checked it it was true.

Not related to the update. Happens to me sometimes too. AeonCommander is just simply eager to kick for multiple lines in some certain timeframe.
