UI Far Too Small in Windowed Mode (In Need of a Solution)

I'm trying to play the game on my new dell xps 13 (kaby lake) but the only resolution setting that remotely works is "windowed mode." Anything else causes my cursor to disappear. I used to play this on my old dell xps 13 (Broadwell) in windowed mode and it worked fine but now the UI is far too small. Is there any solution for this? (I'd attach images but I can't figure out how to do it. I apologize for my computer incompetence)

It's not a solution, but it will let you play. How about reducing the resolution of your desktop when you play FAF?

also to gain screen real estate you can run my fullscreen script wich will make you gain the space that the top of the window and the windows taskbar are currently eating : viewtopic.php?f=2&t=9778&
