Unit Limit

Hello, I wanna ask if is here some kind of this modification that will add much higher unit limit (3000? 5000?), and if there is not, how and where can I myself modify gamefiles to achieve this ? vanilla version or FAF version, I would be gratefull for anything .

I found there one more mod for unit cap too (max. 1 000 000 000 units, lol) but for big unfortunate, that one doesnt work

I tested that 4x unit cap mod, and its working like charm, but I rly cant understand why that mod (2,75 years old one, editing multiply of unic cap) is working, and that other one ("unit cap increased", 1 year old one, editing lobby options for unit cap) isnt working. Anyway, thanks for help.

I must say I'm curious as to why you would ever need a unit cap over 1,000... Are you making a video and need an army of labs? Cause if so I would like to see an army of 4000 labs

nah, i dont like unit limit. So, from principle I wanna this mod in my game.

You can easily edit this mod yourself just download it go to C:\Users\ <username> \Documents\My Games\Gas Powered Games\Supreme Commander Forged Alliance\Mods\UnitCap x4\hook\lua\system
open Blueprints.lua and change the CCdef to a smaller value for example 0.001 should give you 1.5 mil units (assuming u set the unit limit to 1500 in lobby). Then just send this mod to whoever you want to play with or upload it to the vault so they can download it automatically idk who the author of the original mod is or if he gives a shit.

I already discovered that I can edit it, I just wonder why this type of unitcap mod is working and that other one is not . Anyway, I have what I wanted, ty for answer.
