I've taken a 1.5 year break or something like that, what has changed and are there any new meta's?

Ras has been nerfed a decent bit so its not straight up better than t3 pgen early on.
ACU upgrades have been changed a bit. Tech doesn't give (as many) hp and regen anymore so gun is better in comparison and you need nano/shield to make your commander more durable.
Strats are more expensive so rushing them hurts more now and winning back air is somewhat easier than it used to be.
