Im tired of being kicked out at a filled game, with a room name called "all welcome" or elese.
Please make some visual notice near room title is CPU restricted or not
Please make some rule so if they want to play a game without lags make them write it in title or dont kick for CPU if not written.

everyone wants to play games without lags, if they write all welcome this usually means the rating.
You seem to have massive problems with your slow CPU... maybe just get a better one instead of lagging the game for everyone else and asking that everyone puts something in the title?

No, only rule that will stay is that the title can't be offensive.
Even if it's All welcome and you get kicked (even for rating or what ever reason) it's a decision of the host and we won't force anyone to play with someone they don't want to. It's thier lobby and their decision who they'll play with.
You can always host your own lobby,

Always when i do it everybody goes other room not mine even without checking CPU.

Most games of >6 players total, once you hit -2 (And you will) most others will still be +3.
